Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a Municipal Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission related to the replacement of the Grand Boulevard Bridge over I-670; appropriating $1,200,000.00 from the unappropriated Capital Improvements Fund balance; authorizing the Director of Public Works to expend $1,200,000.00 for the project; designating requisitioning authority; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
