Approving contracts in the amount of $634,400.00 from previously appropriated funds in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund with various nonprofit organizations selected as part of the FY 2023-2024 annual application cycle for the purpose of promoting neighborhoods and tourism through cultural, social, ethnic, historic, educational, and recreational activities.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhoods Services Department is authorized to execute contracts in the total amount of $634,400.00 with the following agencies in the respective amounts for Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund projects from the funds previously appropriated in Account No. 24-2350-672100-B. These contracts are hereby approved in substantial form, as that on file in the Neighborhood Services Department.
