BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund, is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to the Batliner Paper Stock Company lease agreement:

22-1000-071600-457500                                           City Property and Acquisition                                                 $3,359.16

Section 2. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a lease agreement with Batliner Paper Stock Company, for the purpose of the use of a paved parking area, beginning September 1, 2021, and ending August 31, 2024.  A copy of the lease agreement is on file in the General Services Department.
