WHEREAS, Ralph C. Johnson & Company, P.C., a Certified Public Accounting and Management Consulting firm was organized in 1971. The firm has permits to practice in Kansas and Missouri, and is committed to deliver a unique blend of competence, concern and creativity in the field of public accounting; and
WHEREAS, believing in the power of relationships, Ralph C. Johnson & Company, P.C. renders a full range of services in the areas of financial and compliance auditing, accounting, taxation, management advisory and public controllership services; and
WHEREAS, when the firm was organized, emphasis was placed on maintaining high quality in both the performance and delivery of services, and in the selection of staff. Primary focus is placed on practical, workable solutions to client challenges, and on identifying management needs; and
WHEREAS, Ralph C. Johnson & Company, P.C. and staff, currently located at 4609 The Paseo, Suite 104, has extensive experience in serving small and medium size businesses, and state and local governmental agencies and also partners with local CPA firms to provide support in specialty areas and additional staff when needed; and
WHEREAS, for fifty years Ralph C. Johnson & Company has been able to expand its services throughout the greater Kansas City community, by providing close, personal attention to its clients; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
That the Mayor and Council hereby recognize the contributions of Ralph C. Johnson & Company for providing a wide array of financial services for over 50 years in Kansas City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be spread upon the Minutes of the Council in testimony thereof and that a copy hereof be presented to ...
