BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the application to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for a Brownfields Community-wide Assessment Grant (“Grant”) in the amount of $500,000.00 for the assessment of brownfield sites located in Kansas City, Missouri, a copy of which, in substantial form is attached hereto, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the application to the EPA for a Brownfields Site-specific Assessment Grant (“Grant”) in the amount of $200,000.00 for the assessment of the Parade Park Homes site located in Kansas City, Missouri, a copy of which, in substantial form is attached hereto, is hereby approved.
