BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section A. That a development plan in lieu of a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 88-517-09-D, in Districts R-2.5 (Residential 2.5) and B1-1 (Neighborhood Business 1 (dash 1)) for Bodhi Development on about 4 acres generally located at the northwest corner of E. 39th Street and Jackson Avenue, and more specifically described as follows:
All that part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 49 North, Range 33 West, in the City of Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: commencing at the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 22, thence North 02 degrees 21 minutes 37 seconds East, with the east line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 22, a distance of 30.00 feet; thence North 87 degrees 43 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 30.00 feet to a point on the north right of way of 39th Street, said point also being the point of beginning; thence continuing with the northerly right of way of 39th Street, North 87 degrees 43 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 297.13 feet; thence North 02 degrees 21 minutes 13 seconds East, a distance of 603.10 feet to a point on the southerly right of way of 38th Street; thence continuing with the northerly right of way of 38th Street, South 87 degrees 41 minutes 08 seconds East, a distance of 297.20 feet to a point on the westerly right of way Jackson Avenue; thence continuing with the westerly right of way of Jackson Avenue, South 02 degrees 21 minutes 37 seconds West, a distance of 602.86 feet to the point of beginning.
