Authorizing contract Amendment No. 1 with McClure Engineering in the amount of $379,660.00 for the design of N. Broadway Roadway Improvements for a total contract price of $470,020.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 in the amount of $379,660.00 for additional design services with McClure Engineering for Project No. 89008846 - N. Broadway Roadway Improvements; for a total contract amount of $470,020.00.  A copy of the amendment is on file in the Director’s office of the Public Works Department.

Section 2. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to expend $379,660.00 from previously appropriated funds in Account No. 23-3090-898201-B-89008846, N. Broadway Roadway Improvements, to satisfy the cost of this contract amendment.
