BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is authorized to execute a Non-Aeronautical Advertising Concession Agreement with Departure Media, Inc., for the construction, leasing, operation, and management of an advertising concession program at the New Terminal at the Kansas City International Airport for a term of 10 years. A copy of the agreement, in substantial form, is on file in the Office of the Director of Aviation and is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is authorized to execute such documents, contracts, leases, approvals, certificates and instruments as may be necessary or desirable to carry out and comply with the intent of this ordinance and to implement the transaction contemplated herein.
