BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute an Off-Airport Parking Permit Agreement with K.K. Mahadev KCI, Inc., d/b/a Days Inn, at Kansas City International Airport with a term from the effective date of the agreement through to August 31, 2023, with automatic renewal for successive periods of one year each, unless terminated by either party. A copy of the agreement is on file in the Office of the Director of Aviation.
Section 2. That the revenue in following amount of $1,200.00 is estimated for the initial term in the following account of the Aviation Fund:
23-8300-620000-470620 Parking Lot Concessions (Off-Airport) $1,200.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
