Authorizing an Amendment No. 7 between the City of Kansas City, Missouri, Aviation Department and Executive Beechcraft, Inc. at the Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport.

WHEREAS, the City entered a Fixed Base Operations and Lease Agreement with Executive Beechcraft, Inc. on December 28, 2005, and that lease was subsequently amended (“Lease”); and

WHEREAS, to accommodate FAA design criteria for the installation of new taxiway pavement at the Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport, the amount and designation of leased premises must be changed; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to update certain terms specific to lease of airport property; NOW THEREFORE

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

                     Section 1.  That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to enter into the 7^th Amended  Fixed Base Operations and Lease Agreement.  A copy of the Lease Amendment is on file in the Aviation Director’s Office.
