BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund, is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to the Armon Lasker dba The Directors Cut, LLC extension of lease agreement:

23-1000-071600-457500 City Property and Acquisition $10,327.10

Section 2. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a two (2) year extension of the lease agreement, attached hereto in substantial form, with Armon Lasker dba The Directors Cut, LLC for the purpose of the continued use of the property located at 1708 E. 18th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108 beginning December 1, 2022. A copy of the extension of the lease agreement in substantial form is on file in the General Services Department.

Section 3. That upon execution of the lease extension, the City Manager will provide updates to the City Council on a quarterly basis, for the duration of the extended lease agreement.
