BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund, is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to the Kansas City Blues Juke House LLC lease agreement:

23-1000-071600-457500 City Property and Acquisition $27,641.52

Section 2. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a five (5) year lease agreement, attached hereto in substantial form, with Kansas City Blues Juke House LLC for the use of the property located at 1700 East 18th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108. A copy of the lease agreement in substantial form is on file in the General Services Department.

Section 3. That upon execution of the lease agreement, the City Manager will provide updates to the City Council on a quarterly basis, for the duration of the lease agreement.
