Estimating revenue in the amount of $27,641.52 in the General Fund; and authorizing the Director of General Services to execute a five (5) year lease agreement with Kansas City Blues Juke House, LLC for the use of property located at 1700 East 18th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108; and requiring that, upon execution of the lease agreement, the City Manager provide an update to the City Council on a quarterly basis for the duration of said lease agreement.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund, is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to the Kansas City Blues Juke House LLC lease agreement:
23-1000-071600-457500 City Property and Acquisition $27,641.52
Section 2. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a five (5) year lease agreement, attached hereto in substantial form, with Kansas City Blues Juke House LLC for the use of the property located at 1700 East 18th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108. A copy of the lease agreement in substantial form is on file in the General Services Department.
Section 3. That upon execution of the lease agreement, the City Manager will provide updates to the City Council on a quarterly basis, for the duration of the lease agreement.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
