BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the payment of the sum of $114,934.16 from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 23-7010-131524-B, Sewer-General Liability Claims, in settlement of the claim of State Farm a/s/o Kemet Coleman and Lauren Euston, Claim No. T2122-1216, as recommended by the City Attorney and the Risk Management Committee, is approved.
