Authorizing the Director of General Services to execute a one (1) year lease agreement with two options to renew for one (1) year each with KC Mothers in Charge, for rooms 122, 123 124, 124A, and 124B, for a total square footage of (1004.03 sq ft) for the purpose of office space at the Robert J. Mohart Multipurpose FOCUS Center, 3200 Wayne Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64109.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund, is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to the KC Mothers In Charge lease agreement:
24-1000-071600-457500 City Property and Acquisition $8,066.96
Section 2. The Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute the one-year lease agreement, attached in substantial form, with KC Mothers In Charge for rooms 122, 123, 124, 124A, and 124B at the Robert J. Mohart Multipurpose FOCUS Center for the purpose of the use of office space beginning June 1, 2023, ending May 31, 2023. A copy of the lease amendment is on file in the General Services Department.
