BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund, is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to the Kansas City Friends of Alvin Ailey lease agreement:
24-1000-071600-457500 City Property and Acquisition $29,892.71
Section 2. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a one (1) year lease agreement with two options to renew for one (1) year each, attached hereto in substantial form, with Kansas City Friends of Alvin Ailey for the purpose of the use of an office space beginning July 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2024.
