Amending Chapter 2, Code of Ordinances, "Administration," by repealing and replacing certain sections to establish six new job classifications; retitle one job classification; enact the pay scales in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement with IAFF Local 42 and Ordinance No. 240725 and the collective bargaining agreement with IAFF Local 3808 and Ordinance No. 250280; and adjust the salary for elective Judge positions, and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That Chapter 2, Code of Ordinances, entitled "Administration," relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 2-1075, 2-1076, 2-1078, and 2-1081 and enacting in lieu thereof new sections of like numbers and subject matters, to read as follows.

Sec. 2-1075. Salary schedules; pay grades therein.

The following salary schedules are hereby adopted:
