BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section A. That a development plan in District R-1.5 (Residential 1.5) on about 20.6 acres generally located at Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard and E. 46th Street, and more specifically described as follows:

These two tracts are a subdivision and survey of all that part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 28, Township 49, Range 33, in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the east right-of-way line of The Paseo with the north right-of-way line of Brush Creek Parkway, as said streets are now established; thence North 2-33-34" East along said east right-of-way line, a distance of 630.00 feet to the true point of beginning of the tract to be herein described; thence South 87-26-26" East, at right angles to said east right-of-way line, a distance of 100.00 feet: thence South 2-33-34" West, parallel to said right-of-way line, a distance of 117.34 feet to a point on the north right-of-way line of 46th Street, as now established; thence South 87-26-26" East, along said north line, a distance of 153.00 feet: thence easterly and northeasterly continuing along said north line along a curve to the left, tangent to the last described course, having a radius of 330.00 feet and a central angle of 33-24-00", an arc distance of 192.37 feet; thence North 59-09-34" East, continuing along said north line, a distance of 218.00 feet; thence northeasterly, easterly and southeasterly, continuing along. said north line along a curve to the right, tangent to the last described course, having a radius of 255.00...
