Authorizing the Director of General Services to execute a one (1) year lease agreement with two options to renew for one (1) year each with KC Mothers In Charge, for the purpose of the continued use of office space in the Robert J. Mohart Center located at 3200 Wayne, KCMO 64108.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the General Fund, is hereby estimated in the following amount pursuant to the KC Mothers In Charge lease agreement:
23-1000-071600-457500 City Property and Acquisition $3,592.68
Section 2. That the Director of General Services Department is authorized to execute a one-year lease agreement with KC Mothers In Charge for the purpose of the use of an office space beginning May 1, 2022 and ending April 30, 2023 with two options to renew for one year each. A copy of the lease agreement is on file in the General Services Department.
