Increasing the compensation of the City Clerk to $89,100.00.

WHEREAS, on October 8, 2020, the City Council approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to reappoint Marilyn Sanders as City Clerk in Ordinance 200876; and
WHEREAS, the approved MOU includes provisions allowing for increases to the City Clerk’s compensation after an annual performance review; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted the 2022 annual review of the City Clerk’s performance and has determined an increase in their annual compensation is warranted; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the monthly base salary of the City Clerk, Marilyn Sanders, is hereby increased to $89,100.00, retroactive to June 28, 2022.
